    I'm a Kent Wedding and Portrait Photographer based in Bridge, just outside Canterbury and I'm passionate about beautiful wedding photography which tells a story and captures the emotion and ambiance of the day. My style is relaxed, empathetic and unobtrusive, the best way (and the only way I know) to document one of the most significant, intimate days of your life. I like to think that i offer an exceptionally personal service and getting to know you is key.

    I also photograph families in Kent and my family home in Jersey, Channel Islands, my preference being to shoot on location rather than a starched white background. St Brelade’s Bay, Jersey Wedding Photography – the marriage of Claire & Richie

This is the second time in a month that I’ve shot Wedding Photography at St Brelade’s Church, in Jersey – what a fabulous position, nestled in the corner of the bay.

Claire and Richie chose to have a church wedding and celebrations were held at St Brelade’s Bay Hotel - just a short stroll from the church. It weather was fabulous – blue skies and wonderfully warm for September.  The day was a very happy, relaxed affair – just as Claire and Richie had planned – a wonderful gathering of family and close friends to celebrate their marriage.  Lenny, their Golden Retriever even made an appearance and played his part perfectly!

Here are a few of my favourite images from the day…

Claire shared her preparations with her close friends and parents – the atmosphere was very relaxed and jolly…I really liked the relaxed attire – in particular Richie’s floral shirt and the matching converse trainers!

At last blue sky!Richie’s best man and ushers were somewhat enthusiastic!Enter Lenny…Claire was so happy – and her father beamed with pride – wonderful…The hotel has the most wonderful view of the bay of St Brelade’s, so what with blue skies and golden sand it’s a great venue to have a celebration…Just before the speeches, we popped over the road to the beach – the light was just perfect…A wonderful day.  Congratulations Claire and Richie!
