Canterbury Photography – Kent Countryside Engagement Shoot with Trevor and Rosie

I met up with Rosie and Trevor a couple of weeks ago now for their engagement shoot.  I’d suggest the surrounding countryside close to where I live as it’s very colourful at this time of year and just so lovely to by amongst!  It was a really sunny evening and very warm – just perfect conditions for an evening stroll!  Being that the sun was still pretty high in the sky, sun glasses were required initially – but i love the sparkling reflection of the sun in their glasses!

Rosie and Trevor were very relaxed,  great fun to work with and very responsive to some gentle direction (in between Rosie’s fits of giggles!) – it was a really good opportunity to get to know each other a little better before I shoot their wedding at Leeds Castle in September.   I would highly recommend that couples have an engagement shoot before their big day – just for this reason – plus it’s a great opportunity to get some professional portrait shots.

Thank you for a lovely evening Rosie and Trevor – I look forward to shooting your wedding in September!  Here are a few of my favourite images from the evening…
