A Jersey Engagement Shoot with Sam & Steve at Gorey Castle

I met up with Sam and Steve yesterday afternoon for their engagement shoot at Sam’s parent’s house. We headed off for the near by coast, wrapped up well and prepared for the chill!!  Our backdrop to the shoot was  Mont Orgueil Castle, located on the East of the Island, which for over 600 years protected Jersey against French invasion.  The castle is a famous land mark on the Island and has fond memories for me as a child, as it does for Sam, so it was the perfect location for the shoot!

Despite the unseasonal cold, windy weather, Sam and Steve soon relaxed into the shoot! Thankfully a warm front is heading our way in time for their coastal wedding on Saturday!
