Wow! What another incredible year of documenting the most wonderful weddings and what a privilege too, to be part of one of the most significant days in a couple’s lives! Even in my tenth year of photographing weddings, I need to pinch myself when I acknowledge that these moments will span generations to come. How amazing!
So, after much deliberation, I’ve selected a handful of some of my favourite images from the fabulous weddings I documented in 2017 and I’m really excited to share them with you. I’ve photographed weddings all over Kent, including countryside and coastal and I was lucky enough to go back to my family home of Jersey to photograph Beth and Mike’s beautiful, fun packed wedding. I’ve encountered all weathers and have made some lovely friendships along the way.
Thank you to all the couple’s, their family and friends for inviting me in and making me feel so welcome. It’s been quite a year! I’ve photographed small, intimate weddings where there’s been a party of five (including myself!), to large festival themed weddings. I love the individuality of each wedding and the attention to detail which goes into each one. Nothing quite beats that moment when I receive the most wonderful, enthusiastic feedback from a couple after viewing their images.
