Mount Ephraim Gardens, Kent Wedding Photographer – Anne & Jason

Anne & Jason chose Mount Ephraim Gardens over a year ago for their marriage venue – what a great choice – the Edwardian gardens are spectacular, the house, which dates back to 300 years ago is beautiful and the team who run and co-ordinate the weddings and celebrations, including Sally, Rachel and Caroline, couldn’t be more helpful and accommodating – this was my first time shooting a wedding here and I was really looking forward to it.  I wasn’t disappointed and Anne & Jason were thrilled! The day in late August started off for me by shooting the preparations at the main house at Mount Ephraim.  Anne had been joined by her mother, sister and sisters and Mother in law to be!  There was lots of excitement and pink bubbly being poured – a really fun atmosphere.  Meanwhile Jason and his ushers gathered in the Grand Hall below…. We were so lucky with the weather – managing to avoid the rain shower after Anne took the wise decision to opt for holding the ceremony in the Grand Hall rather than on the Edwardian Terrace.  And how lucky were we to have a double rainbow later on early evening!
