We spent several months researching different photographers for our wedding in August this year – representing a wide range of prices / styles etc, so when we met Catherine at her studio for a first introductory meeting and look through her portfolio, we knew straight away that we’d found the one! From the minute we met Catherine, she immediately put us at ease and was happy to answer all manner of questions that we had. On top of this, the albums that Catherine uses are simply stunning and extremely high quality. Looking through her sample albums, we knew that Catherine’s reportage style was exactly what we were looking for.

The pre-shoot was a great opportunity to get used to being photographed together and to get to know Catherine a bit more too. On top of which, we also have some gorgeous images, capturing some lovely memories of the shoot.

On our wedding day, Catherine was simply brilliant. I guess what makes her stand out from a lot of other photographers is her genuine interest in capturing and re-telling your story. She isn’t one of those photographers who is clock watching to see if you’ve had your allocated 4 hours yet, and she’s a complete professional with it too.

We’re currently in the middle of selecting the all important images for our album and it’s lovely re-living it all again. Catherine captured everything in such a natural way – it was exactly what we were looking for and we couldn’t recommend her highly enough.
