It was a glorious day in mid May and we all enjoyed beautiful blue skies and sunshine!

Justine and Tim’s preparations took place at the cottages within the grounds of Lympne Castle, Hythe in Kent.  I began by meeting Justine and her bridesmaids – the cottage was a hub of activity and excitement!

I then popped into the cottage next door to meet Tim, his best man and ushers as they put the finishing touches to their morning outfits.

Justine and Tim were married at St Stephen’s Church Lympne, Kent. The light in this church is just amazing, clean and plenty of it, and the grounds are lovely too.

After the throwing of the confetti at the lych gate the wedding party headed for Lympne Castle for the celebrations!  The castle, which dates back to the 13th Century is spectacularly placed and it’s high vantage point allows views of the South Coast, and on a clear day, France.  The team at the Castle are very attentive and they run a very tight ship!  I was very pleased when they asked me to be one of their preferred suppliers!

Here is a selection of some of my favourite images of the day.

Tim, his Best Man, Ushers and Father all looked very dapper!

Justine’s flower girl was just adorable – and so excited!

Justine looked absolutely stunning!

The light in St Stephen’s Church Lympne, Kent is just beautiful – clean and plenty of it..

A beautiful day for a wedding and such a wonderful location!

There’s an abundance of areas to shoot around the castle – plenty of textures, colours, stunning views and architecture.  I managed to get some time with Justine and Tim in between dessert and the speeches when the lighting conditions were perfect to take some portrait shots

This is what I call serious choreographing! I was really looking forward to Justine and Tim’s dance – they wowed their family and friends!  They danced to the music of the fabulous Ross Mitchell Band
