What a couple – what a wedding! I was delighted to be part of Katy and Bedros’s special day on a glorious day in April.
My day began by meeting Katy and their home where Katy was in at the make up stage and her bridesmaids were in hair styling phase! It’s always lovely to work with make-up artist Lucy Jane and hair stylist Vicki Lord. After leaving a very busy household, I made my way to St Nicholas Church in Sholden, where I met up with Bedros and his merry band of groomsmen! Bedros looked so handsome in his fitted suit and I loved his choice of floral shirt!
Katy arrived looking so beautiful and elegant in a fairytale horse and carriage with her gorgeous (and excited!) bridesmaids. After a their ceremony, Katy and Bedros where whisked away in their carriage (well part of the way then they hopped on the double decker bus to join their wedding party!) to Lympne Castle for their reception. I’m very fond of Lympne Castle and luckily it was warm enough (and not overly windy) for everyone to enjoy the reception celebrations at the rear of the castle and take in the breath taking views across the countryside and coast.
Fun and games followed in the evening and everyone entered into the spirit (as you’ll see in the following images!).
Thank you to Yasmin for your help on the day – I’m really pleased you could share the day too.
Here’s a selection of my favourite images from the day…
After the cake cutting, Katy and Bedros had some romantic shots around the fabulous grounds of the castle. The cherry blossom tree was particularly pretty! They were just so relaxed in front of the lens – so happy in love…
Many congratulations Katy and Bedros! xx
