As it’s a particularly busy wedding season, I’ve got a bit behind with my blogging, so I thought I would just post part of An and Jayson’s wedding – part two to follow soon.
I first met An and Jayson at the beginning of this year followed by their engagement shoot at a near by village (click here if you missed the blog posting of their engagement shoot) – they are so lovely to get a long with and have a great sense of humour. We got some beautiful shots and they were a delight to photograph (in between Jayson’s chatting!).
So the day had arrived for their wedding at The Old Kent Barn on a sunny, blustery day in June. I arrived at the new barn to see all the tables were ready for their guests – a large party of 150, some of which had travelled from all over the globe – this was set to be a good party!! The centre pieces to the tables were orchids combined with pretty, delicate lights – so unusual, but striking. I made my way up to meet An and her bridesmaids – what a buzz of activity! The bridesmaids were already dressed and looked stunning in their mint green dresses. I don’t think i’ve ever seen so many ‘selfies’ going on! An was clearly excited – and looked gorgeous even at this early stage.
I knew it was going to be a fun day when I saw that the majority of the guests had adorned white sun glasses (green for the groomsmen!). There were plenty of surprises in store for their wedding party – so much to capture!
Here are a few images up until the end of their ceremony…..
