Helena & Chris’s wedding was held on the 10th September at the Mediaeval Church at St Brelade’s Bay in Jersey.  Steeped in history – I knew when I met Helena and Chris at the rehearsal that it would be very special.  Helena’s dress and accessories had a wonderful vintage style and she looked absolutely beautiful – check out Chris’s reaction when he sees her for the first time!  The heavens opened just as Helena arrived at the church and it continued until about 4.30 in the afternoon – not that the heavy rain dampened spirits – plus we did manage to get a few shots on the beach!

The celebration venue, St Brelade’s Bay Hotel, had been stylishly lit by one of Chris’s ushers which created a fantastic ambiance as we lost the day light.  A lovely day….

I love this shot of Helena – she looks so radiant…

catching a moment alone…

one of the many honeymoon destinations!

During the wedding breakfast, I popped over the road I took in the view of the coast and took the opportunity to shoot an image of the church from the beach – what a wonderful location!

As I mentioned in my posting earlier this year when I shot Helena & Chris’s engagement shoot, Chris has the most infectious smile – lovely…

very chic…..
