What a beautiful, sunny day for Steve and Berenice’s Jersey Elopement Photography – it couldn’t have been any better. I was contacted at short notice by close friends of the happy couple to photograph their friend’s wedding. She had been tasked with taking photos of the ceremony. Feeling daunted, understandably, Bergit thought it would be the perfect wedding gift to commission me to take the photo, and I was delighted to be available. I waited at The Old Magistrate’s court in St Helier with Steve and his friends for Berenice and her family to arrive. Steve had told me how lucky he felt to be marrying Berenice and that she was a beauty! The first time I met Berenice was when she stepped from the car looking radiant – she had the most mesmerising smile and wow, what glamour!
After the legal ceremony the wedding party strolled through St Helier and made their way to their chosen restaurant for a celebration meal together. Steve and Berenice were naturals and weren’t phased in the slightest at being photographed whilst the public showered them with congratulations. What a fun couple!
Steve and Berenice gave me some lovely feedback – thank you!
Catherine was asked at literally the last minute to take pictures of our wedding. She turned up and everyone clicked. She made a fabulous day really memorable and was exceptionally helpful. She got some great shots and her local knowledge and attention to detail was amazing. Couldn’t recommend her highly enough to anyone needing pictures.
