It was a pleasure to meet with Emily and James on a beautifully sunny April evening for their Jersey Engagement Photography. We really lucked in with the sensational sunset and gorgeous golden light. I met Emily and James on the sand dunes and we then hot footed it down to the water’s edge at La Braye. When I say hot footed it, I mean literally that! I’m sure Emily and James would say it was worth it! I like to keep engagement sessions really relaxed – it’s a great opportunity for couples to take a break and just focus on each other.
Emily and James were so relaxed with each other, and were a joy to photograph. Of course the scenery is spectacular and then add golden light – it’s a wonderful combination. I love the rugged landscape. The colours of the bracken and gorse are intensified during the golden hour – so lucky.
