The lovely Sarah and Ian were married at the spectacular Lympne Castle on a bright, crisp day in December and the far reaching views across the coast and sharp blue skies were stunning. The contrast between light and shadow was pretty striking – quite a challenge to work with but this gave the opportunity to produce some dramatic and interesting imagery. Sarah and Ian had specifically wanted a Christmas Wedding which complimented their sophisticated theme for their celebrations.
First stop was at The County Members in Lympne to meet up with Ian and his groomsmen and father and brother in-law to be. If possible, it’s nice to be able to capture this element – some of the comradery and excitement and nerves maybe?! It was then swiftly off to the castle to meet with Sarah and her wedding party. What a buzz of activity – adorable bridesmaids and a gorgeous bride – even before the finishing touches. I had a good sense this was going to be a very stylish affair – and I wasn’t wrong!
